Title: Paralegal
Type: Seeking a full time litigation paralegal with a minimum 3-5 years experience.
Location: We have recently relocated to beautiful new offices overlooking Oyster Point Marina in an ideal commuter friendly north peninsula location.
Requirements:
Candidates should be detail oriented, highly organized and able to work well under pressure. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is a must. Candidates must have experience in preparation and service of subpoenas, pleadings and discovery; setting up and scheduling depositions; and experience in preparing a case for trial. Candidates should be familiar with State and Federal Court procedures. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. An ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate is desired.
